And now i want one too. I can't decide between the R-Line and TDI though. If the TDI came with XDS and bit sportier suspension, it would be a no-brainer. But as is, it makes for a hard decision...

Either the dune or the Turbo. If you don't change your name to BugEyedVW soon I'll disown you.

That is a total possibility. It'll be a while before I can get one, and that thing looks badass!

I guarantee it rides better than any other car you can buy, since it's on adjustable coilovers.

I'd recommend the classifieds section of race-dezert.com. You can pick these up for a fraction of what they cost to build all day long.

I think you are making a good choice. I like the Beetle, and if you dont need the practicality, they can be some fun cars. I would recommend to wait for more specifications (Or the definite say of Volkswagen that they are bringing it to the US) to be sure you dont just wait for nothing. I would love an R, but really, id get the GSR.

The GSR is a great car. Its on the possible list, and if I get an R-Line, it'll probably be that one. But it will be a while before I can get the car, so it might be too late. But by then the Dune will be out :D

That looks awesome. It's 1000x cooler than any new Beetle, and with all the money you save you can... uh, do lots of stuff!
